    Panama es triracial
Y cuidado la herencia mas constante es la indigena, la negra casi desaparece en la region occidental del pais
Darien no tiene herencia blanca pero la indigena aunque casi desaparece en Azuero y Colon es la mas constante

It is, and it has brought with it no small amount of problems at the genetical level, such as this kind of disease: 5α-Reductase deficiency

Luckily for me 3/4 of my grandparents are not colonial so I got some fresh blood in there, but my colonial line is 100% inbred af. In my genealogy research I found quite a few instances of first cousins, etc marrying jajajaja. This was probably done to "preserve the race" or whatever.

Yep, on point. A grandparent of mine's from one of the local lines was the first one to marry outside his village from the time they arrived in the 1680's, imagine.

My grandmother was the first fresh blood for that line of my family ever since most of their ancestors arrived around 1815-1830, so about a hundred years or so of this small group of Euro descendants just breeding with each other in this small mountain town. God damn unbecoming
