In actual fact it is the 18-30 year olds from South-East England who are best at being hooligans.

There was a survey and something like 70% of them said that drunken fighting was an important part of their holidaying experience. See places like Limassol for details. I do believe that this is cultural because South-West Englanders are very different.

The young middle class of the South-East are not doing this. I am talking about the South-East working class youth from places like Chatham and Rochester, Kent, for whom the term "chav" was coined, and yes, this includes the girls, also.
