    Default Councillors from Cardiff, Wales

The capital of Wales. As with the ones I posted ages ago from Swansea, I shall only post those with surnames of Welsh origin, in order to best demonstrate native Welsh phenotypes.

Cardiff is closer to England and more cosmopolitan. Even so, these people still look commonplace, if a little lighter than the dark Celtic stereotype.

Atlantids, Borrebies and Brünns. Some are slightly lighter than I expected.

When will people learn that, although the Welsh tend to be SLIGHTLY darker than other Brits, they are not Sicilians or Greeks?!

I said "slightly", therefore I assumed you would understad that it means they are "a little" lighter than I expected. I also never said the words "Sicilian" and "Greek".
