Why he's anti turkish? Is there any reason? Hungarians and Turks don't have much interaction today. Why he would be anti Turkish?

Because this complete hungarian-turkish "brotherhood" is only political thing in Hungary nothing else. Turkey is regional great power with huge army and economy of course the hungarian politicians wannabe their friends. Vona (as leader of a biggest opposition party called Jobbik) was hardcore nationalist 10 years ago that's why he was pro turkish, but the turkish political circles didn't support him so he dropped this thing and after that he became pro EU, liberal etc because they send tons of money and other support to replace Orbán. Also Orbán was anti russian and anti turkish before 2010, he mocked Vona many times and called him "gray wolf Vona" "terrorist Vona" etc, and now Orbán completely changed his mind and became pro turkish only because political reasons. Do you really belive what politicians says?
