Muslim Serb Alija Izetbegović was creator of Bosniak nation and he brought pan-Islamic ideas among Bosniaks.
Bosniak general from war in 1990s Atif Dudaković said that his ancestors moved to Bosnia from Krupanj in western Serbia in 19th century.
Serbs from eastern Bosnia often call Bosniaks from Podrinje in eastern Bosnia "Užice Muslims" because most of them are descedants of Muslims from Užice and surrounding places in western Serbia, their ancestors arrived to Bosnia in 1860s.

Vlach is wide term. Slavs called all Latin speaking Balkanites Vlachs. But vast majority of Latin speaking Balkanites never call themselves Vlachs. Romanians are Romani, Vlachs from eastern Serbia are originally Rumani, Aromanians are Armani and Ramani, and Istro-Romanians are originally Rumeri. Only Latin speaking group in Balkan which use term Vlachs were Megleno-Vlachs. Vlach of Eastern Serbia adopted name Vlachs from Serbs recently, their original name is Rumani.
Except Slavic term for Latin speaking Balkanites in the medieval Serbia existed vlach sheperd caste whose members were ethnic Serbs. In early Ottoman time Vlach caste/socio-political status continued to exist in western and central Balkan.
Albanians have so called Vlach input, but mostly Tosk Albanians. A lot of Aromanians in southern Albania were assimilatted by Albanians in the last few centuries.
