Following Ridley Scott’s comeback to the Alien franchise with his films Prometheus and Alien: Covenant, the connections between Alien and Blade Runner have only increased. The movie was better than the book. One of the few times I've enjoyed the movie more. The book had a number of plot holes.

I haven't. I was disappointed by the book and so I haven't read anything else by him.
