We all also have to keep in mind that most mainstream food is hindered in nutrition, loaded with soy, and GMO...

This kind of is like some article I read a while back, claiming that green tea was bad because it contained sodium flouride...

    O___O

SF is indeed aweful. But who with any sentient intelligence believes it is naturally found in tea leaves? It's in the very tap water sure, but blaming tea is like a butcher blaming a cow for being dead.

We live in a polluted world, and dairy and meat contain the highest concentration of toxins.

The problem is not the protein, but the source of the protein. I would imagine that animal products (and yes, I like dairy) are always going to be a little dirtier than vegetable-origin proteins.

Either, clean up the meat or eat further down the food chain. There is reason why people tend not to eat carnivorous animals.

Carb heavy diet is far worse. There's almost no one who gets most their proteins from beans except some vegetarians.

The cancer is not due to meat but preservatives and crap like sodium nitrate, and it comes mainly from processed meat...but even from steaks, too.

Red meat also has carnatine which looks like it causes the creation of 'bad' cholesterol due to gut bacteria that form if you eat it all the time.

And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

Cow milk is not people food. I don't believe we should be using cows as a form of sustenance as all.
