Default Genetic Make up of some European populations

Unfortunately not all European populations were measured.
Either way, other ethnic groups can be found in National Geographic's Who AM I: Reference Populations Overview

Yeah something is definitely wrong with that Southwest Asian component. I'm assuming it's lumping together what we typically find as West Asian/Caucasus/Gedroisa/whatever. There is no possible way Greeks can have the same exact percentage as British and Finns.

This is from Geno 2.0 and is their own admixture, there are many others which give similar results. It seems based on the most recent studies that modern Europeans are descended of three ancient populations who all had mainly or entirely west Eurasian ancestry: WHG(western hunter gatherer), ANE(Ancient north Eurasian), and EEF(Early European farmer). WHG and ANE both come from mainly the same very ancient source, who were from what we know were probably the first people in Europe. ANE is like the eastern branch and WHG the western branch, ANE ancestry doesn't just exist in Europe is it higher in west Asia, native Americans, and south Asia. EEF descends from near easterns who gave farming to Europe and mixed with native WHG hunter gatherers. It is mainly of near eastern origin but also has a good chunk of WHG.

There is also non EEF near eastern ancestry in Europe, especially in Italy(more in the south) and the Balkans(more in the south and it peaks in Greece) and it comes from people who were almost no different from modern people around Israel and Syria. There is some north-west African ancestry in Iberia and other parts of Meditreaen Europe which also brought some sub Saharan African ancestry and there is east Asian ancestry in far eastern Europe.

North European in Geno 2,0 is mainly of WHG origin, but also has some ANE and EEF, Meditreaen is mainly of EEF or just plain near eastern origin, and south-west Asian is probably mainly near eastern but has some ANE.

I scored 40% Meditreaen, 35% north European, something like 17% south-west Asian, and the noise was probably the 5% Sub Saharan, 2% native American, and 2% Oceania.

It's probably right but the mediterranean component has a confusing name. It basically corresponds to early megalithic farmers. Which is interesting since Sardinia is the highest and it's full of a bunch of I clade and r1b clade. There's no r1b found at megalithic sites but I2 seems to be at all of them.

And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

Meditreaen from Geno 2.0 peaks in near easterns and north Africans so probably just represents middle eastern ancestry overall. There been two Y DNA samples(at the same site in France) taken from Megalithic people and both had I2a1a1-M26. In my opinon their Y DNA was mainly near eastern G2a, E1b1b V13, and possibly some form of J but they also had a good amount of European Y DNA I probably mainly under subclade I2a1-P37.2.
