I use mostly olive oil, butter, and lard (probably in that order). Sometimes I have used duck fat or bacon grease on special occasions.

For the last few months hemp seed oil. Supposedly it's really good for you too but I'm it for the earthy taste

Only extra virgin olive oil. Can't stand any other oil, or butter for that matter.
