But did they evolve in Africa and spread out as well? Im less interested in their extinction and more in their evolutionary regions of development. If Homo Sapiens as a species evolved in Africa, do ALL Homo Genus species have origins in Africa according to the Out of Africa theory?

not entirely because the out of African theory says everyone is the same and completely goes against the theories of evolution. our differences are not minor but pretty big. I look at humanity as a giant species like birds.....there are differences and to say we ae simply the same and just different pigmentation is nonsense. we are all related but not the same.

This is Homo antecessor, not Homo sapiens, the person who wrote the article is making a bit of a mistake. Hominins, not modern humans. They must have thought that there were no hominid species outside Africa until 200,000 years ago, ah well.

It has a lot of good evidence going for it. Any if anything, if Out of Africa was proven 100% absolutely wrong, that does mean the Multi Regional theory is right. The Multi Regional theory has some seriously weak evidence. Toe to toe even when compared to the Out of Africa theory, Multi Regional still loses. Im not favoring either I'm just looking at the plain facts. For anyone to convince me of either I need HARD evidence.
