I would say it was very rare but nevertheless during the times a did notice it was usually girls closely to my own ancestry; English, Irish, French, etc. Usually people would have little to say to me because they either felt I was either too intimidating to approach because of my quiet demeanor or "boring" since I was never really talkative in nature. I always seemed to attract the most outspoken, chatty, "crazy" ones because they said that the "strong, silent type" was cute to them.
The common gestures they did was:
1)"Play" around with their hair.
2) The tone of their voice always got soft.
3)They would get very flirtatious.
etc.
I guess it was quite interesting from the perspective that it was always the complete opposite of your own personality you would least suspect that people seem to attract.

Tbh the ones I talked to the longest also were southeast Asians like Thai, Filipino, MENAs, and Hispanics.
The most annoying and aggressive and nasty ones were south Asians and east Asians.
