Recommend a high fantasy book

Which is your favourite high fantasy book? If it's one belonging to the sagas below, could you recommend a new one?

High fantasy: Sub-genre of fantasy fiction, defined either by its setting in an imaginary world or by the epic stature of its characters, themes and plot. Quintessential works of high fantasy, such as The Lord of the Rings, A Song of Ice and Fire, Eragon, Malazan Book of the Fallen, and The Wheel of Time, have both of these attributes. High fantasy exists on one side of a spectrum, opposite low fantasy or urban fantasy, which are set in the "real" world.

Note 1: Preferably of adult (or young adult) content.
Note 2: In any language, not just English.

I'd say I must have seen one or two episodes of the miniseries, because it rings a bell. That's more Arthurian fantasy than high epic one, but thanks!

Yeah, I'm not very familiar with YA fantasy novels.
I'm more familiar with YA horror/thriller novels.

Wheel of Time was something truly good. I managed to read LOTR before it, but still i was shocked what Robert Jordan did in that book. It was like living in that imaginary world. I recommend WOT to everyone, ye it has many books, but hella good, such devotion to details i have never seen in any book before, and i read a lot.

One quote i will remember till i live :
