Most people in Celtic areas today, like Brittany, Galicia, and parts of the British Isles are just Celticized natives. Although, the British Celts aren't really that dark anyway.
The Celtic urheimat is Southern Germany. Neither Italics, or Celts were ''darker types''. Hallstatt skulls for example were Nordoid predominantly, and the Hallstatt Nordid type was named after them.Plus the Celtic urheimat is from south/central - darker - Europe. The Celtic language family branched off the Italic one spoken by other darker types.
