Supposedly they have a higher IQ on average, but I doubt it's true if you adjust for ethnicity. Also, brain has to be severely stressed before you actually lose IQ points. Shorter attention span, emotional problems, etc. will crop up long before that happens.
It does seem to me like veggies are usually kind of out there and not in touch with basic reality, but I am not sure which caused which. I do know I can't function without a lot of protein and fat.
