Narva and other parts of Estonia could very well be targets of an invasion in the near future, same goes for Finland, the signs are out.

Targeting Sweden with threats, simulated attacks and now offensive special operations make only sense as securing that flank and isolating Finland and Estonia in a conflict.
Sweden in itself is of no interest to Russia, but it is the lifeline of Finland and Estonia, intimidating Sweden out from that role fits only with potential operations against Finland and/or Estonia.

They might have even given green light for special operations that prepare the invasions, the potential signs are out for that.
