so why discriminate russians? why the fear?

would you mind explaining how we discriminate them?

they have citizenship ✔
we have minority protection laws ✔
we have anti-discrimination laws ✔
they have Russian schools ✔
according to several surveys they are among the happiest groups in the country ✔
not a single case of a hate crime ✔
(unlike Russia) we have free-speech guaranteed by our constitution ✔
etc...

they have citizenship X Estonia has a policy denying people citizenship if they cant speak Estonian even if they were born in estonia

we have minority protection laws X no you havent, russian language is in no case neither regional or federal an official language, not even in regions where russians make up 80-60%

we have anti-discrimination laws X no, in estonia russians cant even vote in elections if they have no citizenship which applies like i said to people who were even born in the country

they have Russian schools X built by Baltic Russians Money not by the government

again, we're not estonia, and not a single hate crime against russians, fact.
homicide is restricted to very rural areas were almost all people are (shockingly) not russian.

so we're cool? is russia going to stop charging us outrageously big prices for gas, to the point were we have trouble supporting our basic needs?... doubt it.
