Fit women

I like women who keep fit in the sense of clean eating and moderate exercise and using natural remedies over big pharma (keeping pills and prescriptions to a minimum), not turning into a gigantic obese blob etc.

But I dislike those fitness women on Instagram and Peloton who are in the gym day in day out squatting, posting meal plans, talking about "I live for the fucking gym me love it xx", all these women care about is tracking their progress, counting calories, hitting personal bests.

These women are not interested in family life and having kids. I look up these women years later and sure enough they have no family and are hitting late 20s. They are quite prepared to live the insta fitness life until they hit the wall. The validation they get from it is enough to keep their dopamine up.

I like it more when we perform our own roles, the man is supposed to be fit and strong while the woman is supposed to be soft and nurturing.

These ring girls for instance are more traditionally fit than the female fighter imo.

The business has degenerated in the last decade, taken over by some "influencer" types who have average bodies at best.

Girls who ruled the scene back in the 2010-2015 days were the real deal.

For a few reasons

1.It's way too masculine
2.It means her body fat would be at low enough levels for her to have hormonal issues, stop having period, etc. Women were designed to carry more fat. They can have flat stomach is fine, but abs are not natural for the female form.

Some women have abs even by healthy eating and normal daily activity. It depends where their fat distribution is.

Women should have ideally between 15-30% body fat.

Woman with 15% most likely will have abs. Up to 20-22% is possible, depending on her body type and muscle state.
