    Post Is this diet fine?

    every morning 1 bowl of cereal with some milk
    for lunch usually something like potatoes and chicken or something healthy like that
    for dinner an egg and a half, some fish, bread and liver pater spread on it, potatoes and a few cheese bits. it might change a lil but that's about it
    +lots of water
    I cut back on milk completely
    for exercise ( I really dread this) but I'll maybe might go on some long (or short) walks when I have the time

    anything to add (or take away), any more advice?
    no shitty food, only healthy, no fatty milk
    is potatoes, cheese and eggs fine?

    For dinner: no potato, bread... fish/chicken with salad, maybe an apple.
    I wouldn't eat potato, but maybe brown rice.

    So fish, chicken is fine
    What about normal rice?
    Is cutting back on potatoes gonna make a huge difference? Is there much fat in it?

    You need more food. Try eating the eggs for breakfast instead, along with some OJ or a fruit smoothie, something like that, perhaps with a bowl of rolled oats in almond 'milk' with honey with some blueberries or w/e thrown in. Then lunch, eat plenty of meat and vegetables, with a hearty whole grain like healthy bread. Eat a snack sometime in the afternoon to keep your metabolism up. And then a nice dinner, fish is good for the protein and healthy fats, I dunno. You need more food, remember that we are hunter-gatherers and need lots of meat and vegetables. Fruits and whole grains too. As for exercise, definitely work out, running helps but ultimately you should work out and do some bench presses, squats, etc. well rounded workout.

    You should take a multivitamin and some fish oil too, make sure you get a food-based one like this

    It's not about fat, but about carbohydrates which makes you fat. and sugar. In white food (white flour, procesed rice) there is more carbohydrates than in integral one.

    You need some fats. Oil is liquid fat, and you need to eat some to keep your heart, skin, brain, joints, etc. healthy. I recommend taking fish or krill oil daily to make up for what you don't get as for Omega-3 fatty acids, but that isn't all you need, you should consume lots of olive oil and meat too.

    Working out will thin you out and tone you up, focus on making sure that you are getting your nutritional needs and strengthening your muscles moreso than trying not to over-eat.
