every morning 1 bowl of cereal with some milk
for lunch usually something like potatoes and chicken or something healthy like that
for dinner an egg and a half, some fish, bread and liver pater spread on it, potatoes and a few cheese bits. it might change a lil but that's about it
+lots of water
I cut back on milk completely
for exercise ( I really dread this) but I'll maybe might go on some long (or short) walks when I have the time
