I don't see what's funny. I believe that Macedonians from the North (Skopje, Kumanovo, etc.) are very close to Serbs in genetics. Find me the results of a Macedonian from the north, not from the south. And to be honest we cannot determine someone’s background based on 3.4 results, do you know how many people live there? I agree that Macedonia is a mixed pot, but let's be realistic, where is the logic to determine at 4.5 or maybe even 50 people the complete genetics of the entire population there?

Northerners are just slighty more northern shifted than southerners and just slightly closer to Serbs. But even Macedonians from north are quite closer to Aromanians and Bulgarians than to Serbs genetically (autosomally).

We all on the Balkans are a mixture of natives, Slavs and others who settled after and with the Slavs. The nations are more social groups rather than genetic groups.
