Are Macedonians closer to Serbs or Bulgarians?

I dont want to offend you but it seems like you are confused about your ancestry. You keep adding and then removing the Bulgarian part from your ethnicity. What are your thoughts on this? I am just curious : ]

I'm interested to hear opinion of Macedonians too. Honestly, your language is half way between Bulgarians and that of Kosovo Serb village dialect. In traditions, I'd say you're closer to us, but this maybe controversial for me to suggest this. So I'm curious for opinion.

I think Macedonians and Bulgarians share a common ethnicity, much like Austrians and Germans. Serbians are close, but no cigar.

Definitely a sub group of Bulgarians, even the majority of the Slavs of Kosova were akin to them prior to their Serbianisation. The Rahoveci and Suhareka Slavs still speak their dialect, albeit a bit mixed with Albanian, that is much like the Slav Macedonian speech today.

I think my stance has been made clear on this forum. I feel that Macedonians and Bulgarians are the same people. Modern day genetics do not lie about this, and history also makes it clear that Macedonians and Bulgarians went through the same national awakening process.

I have no confusion on my personal ancestry. I know that my ancestors were all slavic speaking Macedonians from south west Macedonia.

I just wanted to troll abit and see what people say to this question and poll.
