I make a lemon mead... I follow the recipe for Finnish Spring Mead. When it tastes like lemon pop I give some to the kids, then I let it ferment a little longer for us adults.

Is it good? Hard to make? The mead I've tried was really sweet....it would have made me sick to drink much of the stuff at all. I'd be interested in yours if it's not as sweet.
