I like Australia's palimentary system. Basically a mix between Australia and the Northern European countries are best. (but without such a strong immigration/refuge standard as Sweden).

Somewhere in Western Europe. Away from war, poverty and mass corruption.

Representative democracy. Parliamentary federalism.

What economic system?

Resources are state owned. Everything else is privatised.

What would type of people would make up its population?

Anyone. Middle class mainly. Largely tertiary population.

What would its immigration policy be?

Anyone with qualifications, family or jobs can come in. Refugees welcome.

What type and size of military?

Small, technologically advanced military. National service (one year).

What kind of welfare system?

Welfare for everyone (who needs it).
