I get 4.4% Iron Age Frisii (+ 2.2% Goth) for Migration Period on Illustrative DNA. I think that Frisii percentage is refering to Franks, since there were not Frisians in Hispania during that era. On the other hand, I have real Dutch ancestry on the begining of Modern Age, whose genetics were mostly Saxon with minor Dane components.
