For heterosexuals I dont think this sex act option reduces birthrates or has any kind of impact .

Anal sex and oral sex were illegal in the US until 2003. It's still illegal in 14 states but these laws are just for show and they never get enforced. Consensual anal sex between two adults hurts no one right? Why should they have to face a punishment for that?

You can't legislate against it because it's their private business to do that wrong. The people who think its a moral duty to oppress sexual deviance are opposed by people who think its a moral duty to permit sexual deviance, and that's all there is to it. No, this is untrue, it's like saying gay marriage was banned until 2013 - there was no federal law prohibiting states banning it, but most states did not ban sodomy until 2003, at which point the remaining 14 states who retained anti-sodomy laws were no longer permitted to enforce them.

Of those 14 states, at least 3 only banned same-sex sodomy (including Texas) so your very good point about how anal sex is quite dangerous was not a consideration, as pounding some 18 year old girl in her butt was never illegal in the lone star state.

Additionally, at least 2 of those states did not in fact ban oral sex at all.
