I don't know about the other Class A countries, but in England's case you have to go back to the 70's to find such teams. (In France's case, even before Black and North African players became commonplace, at the very least there would have been some players of Iberian, Italian or Polish descent in most squads).

No need to go back to the 70s, most national teams were largely native in the 80s and well into the 90s. I believe England had a fully native starting eleven in Euro 96.
