Based on what you said and what you consider justice, since the group has to pay for the crimes of individuals, those Jews killed are just the counterpart of the many Muslims that Israeli soldiers killed.

I advocating punishing the families of murderers as a means to curtail ideologically driven violence. This isn't punishing randoms. The families are usually involved. Take for instance Mohammed Merah who murdered children and police in France. His brother was arrested and his other siblings are fighting in Syria.

Israel needs to start assassinating Jihadi terrorist muderer's families. That will deter them. Kill a Jew and 10 of your family are given a one way ticket to paradise. I think the number of anti-Jewish terror incidents would dramatically decline.
