Slavs were as a kind of national minorities of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy, and Hungarians and Austrians have always hated the Slavs, because they were privileged by the king, all the laws and rules of the monarchy were related to the Slovaks, Croats ...- it reminds me to Leliana and her desire for deportation Turks from Germany.

Not as far as I know. There was no need for that since there were hardly any nationalist sentiments here. There were codifications of language for educational and ecclesiastical purposes - the first real ideological attempt was the idiotic charade of Viktor Dvorcsák at the end of WW1. The first neutral approach was creation of scientific and literary societas Svojina in 1940s with historian O. Halaga as its main proponent but it was shut down after installation of the communist regime in 1948. Halaga himself was persecuted.
