Is America disengaging from Afghanistan or changing nature of the battle?
Indubitably the Americans have been badly defeated in the military field inside Afghanistan and they will inevitably have to evacuate their forces from this land of pious and freedom loving people. However another bitter reality should not be forgotten that approximately all the Islamic countries which were occupied by the western colonial powers and later on apparently achieved freedom, most of them have not enjoyed the blessings of the Islamic system of life. The reason is that during the occupation period, the western powers give birth to such a large number of agents who are antagonist to the implementation of the Islamic Sharia than the actual western foes themselves. They never want and allow the authority of Islam. The present political, social and military scenarios of these countries reveal that the western powers have not completely abandoned them rather they have changed the perceptible shape of their presence. In other words, they have altered the short term military struggle into everlasting political, ideological and indirect military subjugation.
The west wants to replicate this experience inside Afghanistan too for which they have made vast preparations. The main inefficiency of Afghan Mujahidin is that while combating the enemy, they turn their whole concentration on the military aspect only. As far as the post war phase is concerned, they don’t have any preparation and planning for the non-military clash therefore almost everywhere a state and system come into being after getting freedom which do not depict the objectives of Jihad and the aspirations of the nation.
It seems that America wants now to withdraw her forces from Afghanistan due the following reasons but, on the other hand, they want to prolong their battle on both military and non-military fronts. This battle will be continued by their colleagues and puppets and the command and financial support will be undertaken by the west. The reason for the protraction of this war is that the Americans have long-term objectives in this region which cannot be achieved in the form of direct occupation.
The Americans are evacuating their forces from the battlefield for the following reasons:
1.The American army has lost the battle here and if they decide to prolong the war, both their military and warfare will lose their credibility and majesty in the whole world. In this way America will be permanently deprived from the prestige of her military supremacy in the world.
2.America had planned to subjugate both Afghanistan and Iraq militarily for gaining such an industrial and commercial control of the wealth of Central Asia and Middle East so that the entire world is in need of America for oil and subsequently will be obliged to accept their conditions whatever they might be. By controlling the oil resources, they can pressurize Russia, China, Europe and various other countries of the world.
Americans had perceived the subjugation of Afghanistan, Iraq and subsequently Iran quite feasible as it was supposed that no one will support them; neither any one wanted to invoke the enmity of the sole super power for the sake of these states.
But contrary to all these suppositions and expectations, this American dream is on the verge of defeat both in Afghanistan and Iraq due to the unanticipated war and the indefatigable Jihadi determination of the Mujahidin which has forced the Americans to reconsider spending more on this futile plan. Therefore they left Iraq. They did not provide heavy artillery, tanks, air and anti-air weapons and equipment neither did they dare give them any financial assurances. Since they have realized that they cannot achieve their malicious economic objectives through wars, therefore, neither military nor the civil administration is further strengthened by them inside Afghanistan.
3.Both Republicans (the Bush admin) and Democrats (the Obama admin) tried to protract the war inside Afghanistan and they spent a huge amount of taxes paid by the American people; but eventually none of them has any substantial achievement as to show to the American masses and to justify the colossal expenditures of the previous thirteen years of such a futile war.
None of these major political parties could achieve the objectives and justifications which were nourished by them, for example:
Neither western democracy is implemented inside Afghanistan;
Nor a strong pro-western government is formed in this country;
Nor the oil pipeline is laid down from Central Asia to the Indian Ocean via Afghanistan which was eagerly anticipated by the whole west;
Nor the Taliban could be demolished nor is their ideology eradicated and neither is their military and man power eliminated;
Nor Al-Qaida could be abolished; rather, after the martyrdom of its leader it gained much more momentum in various parts of the world like Iraq, Yemen, Egypt, Tunis, Libya, Algiers, Somalia, Syria and many other parts of the world and the number of its affiliated Mujahidin increased from hundreds to hundreds of thousands. They gained vast areas and various military equipment and financial resources.
Likewise, the aspiration of haltering China, Russia and Iran could not be fulfilled therefore the American leadership can scarcely justify the prolongation of this war to their own masses who directly suffer from the colossal costs of these futile wars as being the tax payers.
4.During the last century, when America was heavily spending on their own wars as well as the ones fought by her allied forces, she had a big goal ahead and surely it was the repression of former Soviet Union’s expansion towards the western Europe which should have done by any cost. But, today, America is extravagantly spending against someone who has neither the agenda of expansion nor has such military and financial resources for this purpose as the former Soviet Union had. Therefore, Americans are no more desirous to indulge their military and masses against someone who actually poses no threat to Europe and America.
5.The Afghan administration which is lavishly being financially supported by the Americans is so thoroughly involved in corruption that it cannot guarantee its sustainability for a longer period of time. The government which is heading towards demolition and internal discrepancies on the daily basis and cannot protect itself. What kind of economical, political and military services will it render to America?
Due to the above mentioned and likewise other factors, America wants to evacuate her forces from Afghanistan. They are not willing to spend the revenue of their people, who are already suffering terribly from economic recession and financial disaster, on such a futile and endless war. Eventually they have realized that the prolongation of this war will drive America to the destiny of the former Soviet Union.
This war is no more economically viable for America. Whether the Taliban fight or not, American will inevitably withdraw her forces from this land of the freedom loving people.
For a short period of time, America might spend a bit more on the military of Kabul admin. But since they have reached the conclusion that this army is illiterate, unspecialized, inefficient and mostly founded on ethnic prejudices, it could not be specialized despite the colossal expenditure of billions of dollars therefore they consider it the wastage of their money to spend on this type of army anymore. They have now turned their attention towards the financial and military support of those notorious Arbaki militias who are ready to commit any felony for the present fulfillment of their malicious objectives. These militias need neither education nor military technology nor are they obliged to observe any military discipline and neither do they need the heavy expenditure and facilitation of a regular army.
On the other hand, these Arbaki militiamen are provided to the Americans in different areas by various political, factional and tribal leaders for diverting America’s attention towards them for the time being and similarly, these militias can be utilized as their future armed forces in their local internal disputes for the protection of their personal vested interests.
The Americans might protract the project of Arbaki militias with the support of some influential stakeholders inside the Kabul administration so that internal disputes are deeply rooted in the Afghan society through the scandalous activities of these militias and the avenging reactions of their rivals. In this way, after their evacuation, the Afghan society will be much more deprived from their tranquility and will be left alone in the everlasting internal fighting.
America wants to keep the war incessant by the Afghans themselves against the Taliban due to the following reasons:
1.So that an Islamic government is not formed and Sharia Law is not implemented inside Afghanistan once again.
During the reign of the Islamic Emirate, Afghanistan was the sole state where Islamic Sharia was implemented in its real sense and which was not following the political and legal criteria of the west. Even today, throughout the world, no state and system can be found which is not run, wholly or partially, on the political, military, economic and legal criteria of the west.
Taliban who want to organize their politics, economics, law and order according to Islam are not ready to compromise on these things with anyone. Therefore it is natural that the west will continue their war against them so that this country could not avail stability for having a system which is based on the criteria of Islam and may not comply with the atheistic standards of the west.
If this kind of a system is implemented, it will be surely a role model for the people of the Muslim world who are already fed up from their respective secular types of governments. It will assure the people that the only way for true change is Jihad. The west will never allow the formation of such an ideal and role model state anywhere in the world.
2.For the continuation of the present stalemate situation created by Americans for the protections of their vested interest.
America has spent a huge amount of money over the Afghans in the last three decades, particularly after the occupation of Afghanistan and the outcome is the present political, military and cultural situation. America and her allies have created here tens of different political parties. They have drafted a constitution which is the most important achievement for the west. The recognition of this constitution, which guarantees all the demands and aspirations of the west, without any amendments is the pre-condition for all kinds of negotiations.
America has made here various political and military setups in which thousands of her supporters are recruited. Similarly, hundreds of political and civic societies, NGOs and other organs are established by her. Tens of radio and television stations are made. Hundreds of print media are established. All the above mentioned organs are fully indulged in forming the public opinion as pro-western and they try to make the circumstances favorable for the implementation of the short-term and long-term western planning and conspiracies.
Similarly, America wants to set such an educational curriculum and system which could educate and train the future generations of this country according to their needs and ambitions. America and her western allied countries have setup tens of schools, universities, academies and likewise other institutes for general, technical and military education and trainings. The graduates of these institutions are considered to be her future supporters.
During the last thirteen years, America tried her best to dismantle and change the religious, ideological, ethical and social values and fabrics of the Afghan society through thousands of non-governmental organizations so that the Afghan society is re-organized according to the social and moral standards of the west.
A significant part of the economic activities of Afghanistan is handed over by America to such individuals and companies under the disguise of the private sector who are their own appointed people. Actually they, deliberately, want to keep Afghanistan is such an unstable economic condition which is always dependant on the west and will be entangled in their banking and commercial traps forever.
3.For the sake of connecting Afghanistan with the west in security, strategic, political, educational and cultural agreements so that the future relationship with everyone should be controlled by them.
4.So that Taliban could not transform themselves from dispersed guerilla groups of Mujahidin into an organized ideological military force which could pose a threat for the western interests in the region.
America is going to change her war strategy inside Afghanistan:
Though on one hand Americans are withdrawing their forces from Afghanistan and turning the battle into an inter-Afghan war but on the other hand the evacuation of their forces does not mean that America will stop her fight against Afghans and Mujahidin. In other words, due to the ineffectiveness of their military presence inside Afghanistan, Americans are abandoning it. They are turning towards political, intelligence, economic, cultural and educational means and forces for another protracted war for the subjugation of Afghans and Afghanistan for covering their military defeat through non-military channels and to achieve their malicious objectives by spending less which they could not achieved by spending hundreds of millions of dollars in their confrontational war inside Afghanistan.
They want that Afghanistan should follow their policies just like most other Muslim countries of the world are doing. Similarly, they want to achieve their political, military and economic objectives in this region without being resisted by anyone. Therefore they are shifting towards prolonged political, ideological and economic war instead of fighting militarily. For achieving this goal, they are using the following sources and strategies:
1.Empowering their own puppets:
America wants to empower such people, political groups, parties and societies who could guarantee the continuation of the present state of affairs; those who would accept secularism as their ideology and democracy as their political system and the only way for gaining power will be elections and political conspiracy.
The supporters of democratic Islam or “American Islam” will forsake belief in Jihad and the practical unity of the Muslim Ummah. They will have to familiarize themselves with political pluralism, nationalism and living in the framework of a common international system with the infidel forces of the world. They will have to follow capitalism instead of an Islamic economic system of life and will not nourish a standpoint based on Islamic ideology against the international American supremacy in the disguise of globalization. These people will have to guarantee that Islamic system of life will never be implemented here and they will try to deceive the people by some apparent rituals. They will have to remain sincere to their commitments with America, the United Nations, NATO, World Bank and generally with the whole western community as they say.
America will try her best to hand over power to these people who will run this country according to their ambitions, sign the bilateral security agreement with them, remain committed to the fight against Mujahidin, who will protect and protract the political and ideological achievements of American occupation of our beloved country for the last thirteen years like democracy, secularism, western type freedom for women, western human rights and the implementation of man-made laws instead of Islamic Sharia in order to keep Afghanistan under their permanent influence.
These people are even mentally and practically prepared to setup another parallel administration in the north of Afghanistan under the western patronage which is mostly based on nationalism and secularism if the western, southern and eastern parts of Afghanistan fall in the hands of Taliban. In this way they want to intimidate the Central Asian states that do not support them, they will have to face the threat of Islamic activists from inside Afghanistan.
2.Efforts of enervating the Taliban by non-military tactics:
American is trying on both political and intelligence fronts to introduce those individuals and circles in the disguise of moderate Taliban who had once joined the Taliban movement for maintaining their personal or factional interests. But later on, when the leadership of Taliban firmly chose the path of Jihad and made no compromise on Islamic Sharia with anyone, these political actors who had once sought refuge inside Taliban dissociated from Taliban and made sanctuaries for themselves under the protection of the foreign invaders under various names. Then they launched the campaign guided, controlled and handed over to them by someone else.
America, her allies, regional countries and neighbouring countries would never like the restoration of an Islamic state and the implementation of Sharia in its real sense inside Afghanistan because it will then be a role model for all those Muslim masses of the region who are fed up with the corruption and tyranny of western type abhorrent secular systems. They will then demand and attempt the implementation of this fair and pure system inside their respective countries. Therefore all of them are trying their best to persuade the real Taliban to give up the demand and endeavor of restoration of Islamic system and Sharia and convince them by such a system which is apparently Islamic but internally everything is executed according to the will and demands of the west. And if the actual Taliban remain persistent with their own policies and insist on finding a Jihadi solution for the issue, then the west should be in a position to form another political front against them under the disguise of moderate Taliban composed from deviated and sold out individuals who will be then supported by the previous Jihadi and the present democratic parties, the hypocrite spiritual claimers, some moderate secularists and the regional and international intelligence circles. They will then try for a long period of time to show the actual Taliban and the supporter and seeker of Jihadi solution as weak and discarded and make the masses skeptical about the efficacy of Jihadi resistance; so that the resisting force (of actual Taliban) against the westernization, secularism and liberalism is weakened and eventually compelled to compromise with the colonial west.
3.Harmful propaganda against Jihad and Islamic ideology:
America and her allies have assigned their supporters and puppets to write and propagate excessively against Jihad and the ideology of resistance so that Jihad which is one of the founding obligations of Islam is introduced to the masses as brutality, felony, destruction, economic backwardness and uncivilized. For achieving this malicious objective, America and her allies are supporting, financing and equipping ideological and cultural individuals and groups to counter armed Jihad in the disguise of theoretical and practical eradication of corruption.
America is fully providing financial and technical support to these people; setting up media facilities, NGOs, universities and other educational institutions for them so that they could easily work on a large scale propagation and popularization of western cultural and ethical standards and values.
4.Curbing the spirit of resistance amongst the Afghans:
America and her local collaborators are trying to curb the spirit of resistance among the Afghans as until this spirit is found among them, resistance against the foreign invaders will correspondingly prevail. To curb this spirit of resistance, Americans, Europeans and their local associates are leaving no stone unturned to persuade the new generation of our youth for the adaptation of western ethics and trends by organizing games, fashion and music shows and morally corrupt cultural programs for them. Presently, they give such a wide range propaganda coverage to the games of cricket and football that nearly all the people of Afghanistan are kept busy on watching them specially when there is match. When they win the match, on that day, approximately half of Afghanistan is kept busy with dancing, music and wasteful celebrations as if they might have won a huge battle for defending their faith and land against a foreign enemy.
All this is done for the sake of diverting the attention of our young generation from recognition and observation of education, Jihad, work and other priorities towards such activities which are only beneficial for our enemy.
Besides spreading games, music and immorality among the lads and lasses, America and associates inside Afghanistan have already provided chances of drugs, alcohol, hashish and heroin addiction for millions of Afghan youth. All this is done in such a systematic way that eventually millions of our youth are not only losing their mental capabilities of being a Muslim and an Afghan but they are also losing their physical strength of work and Jihad. Throughout the history of Afghanistan, such a large number of young boys and girls had not suffered from the physical and mental diseases and hazards resulting from the drugs and moral corruption and obscenities as they are found during the period of previous thirteen year American occupation. The capital city of Kabul had not witnessed, throughout its history, such a huge number of addicts as they are seen today lying everywhere on the Kabul river bank.
Encouragement of young generation towards the adaptation of western mode and fashion by the western media is another strong tool in their hands for curbing the spirit of Jihad and resistance which has not only spread spiritual wandering among the new generation but it has also inflicted heavy economic losses on the Afghan society itself as hundreds of thousands of youth are contending to excel one another in this useless rivalry. Had the lavish expenditure done on this futile mode and fashion been turned towards education and technical knowhow, the new generation would have learnt a lot by now.
5.Usage of educational system and curriculum as a tool for westernization of the society:
Education is one of the foremost non-military means which is going to be utilized by Americans in the following phase. Americans are taking advantage from the education for the subjugation of Afghans and Afghanistan in the following ways:
A.During the last thirteen years, Americans amended the educational curriculum of Afghanistan three times. They abolished the terms of Jihad, resistance, martyrdom, bravery, freedom, Islamic system, abhorrence from the infidels, unity of the Muslim Ummah and the co-relation between the Islamic sciences and modern marvelous discoveries. The terms and meanings were replaced by democracy, human rights from the western point of view, liberty for women, mixing of men and women, music, dance, revival of the time worn local myths and traditions, introduction and popularization of the western type civic societies, sharing indiscriminate political, cultural, moral and social equality with the infidels and introduction of the pro-western type personalities etc. etc. Regretfully, all the above mentioned felonies are fulfilled with the collaboration of those people who once called themselves the defenders of the Islamic ideology. These were the people who received master degrees and Ph. Ds during the migration period of the former Soviet occupation by spending a substantial amount of the money which was solely donated for the helpless and penniless Afghan refugees. But eventually, despite all their knowledge and experience, most of them offered their services and joined the puppet admin to serve the brutal foreign occupying forces.
Americans have included most of their desired terms and meanings in literary, social, historical, cultural and civic subjects to be vastly and deeply rooted in the minds of the new generation of Afghans.
B.With the arrival of American invaders, the door of interference in the educational system of Afghanistan was left wide open for everyone to come and freely set educational institutions, private schools, universities, short term and long term courses of their own accord and to introduce the curriculum of their will and selection. The western countries and organizations supported these educational institutions. On one hand, they deprived the educational system of Afghanistan from Islamic values and on the other hand, as said by the education minister of occupied admin (Farooq Wardak) that funds are not duly provided for the publication of those religious books which are the part of the present curriculum. The whole mission behind is to deprive the forthcoming generation from the advantages of religious books in their curriculum. Mostly the offspring of the well off people are combined through their Afghan associates in private educational institutions where they are brought up and educated in the light of foreign imported curriculums. When this generation which is trained under the shadow of alien curriculums will grow up and gain power, they will inevitably lead Afghanistan as directed by the foreigners just like most countries of the Muslim world are doing now.
C.According to a planned strategy, the Americans imposed such an education system on the people of Afghanistan whose pattern, methodology and standard does not comply with the educational level of students and teachers of the present day war-stricken situations of our country. The inevitable result is that neither the teachers can properly teach this curriculum nor the students can take due advantage from it. In this way the education system, teachers, students and the controllers are facing great mental stress and instead of making any tangible progress, the education system is falling apart day by day. When the financial and moral corruption inside the education ministry and the ministry of higher education is added to the above mentioned felony, the result is ignorance instead of educating the people which is the part of the long term strategy of the west; as the west and some of our other enemies do not want Afghanistan to make progress. They want the Afghans to be always looking towards them for help.
6.Taking advantage from moderate Islam and deviated spiritual leaders:
Moderate Islam and pro-western spiritual figures are two the most dangerous tools which are being used by America and her allies against the true Muslims and against Mujahidin who are fighting against the west. They are being used very systematically in the following shapes:
A.The west is trying her best through her research centers and powerful media to invite Muslims towards the model of Islam designed by them and called ‘Moderate Islam’. For this purpose, the west gives the examples of Turkey, Jordon, Egypt, Tunisia and some other countries who are far away from true Islam and likewise educational institutions.
At the time being, the Americans are working to preach a Jihad-less, unarmed, identity-less and Sharia-less model of Islam through various political and religious organizations. For this purpose, they have trained 2000 so called religious leaders through the Ministry of Auqaf (endowments). Similarly, a religious centre for moderation was inaugurated inside Kabul. America wants through this type of short term and long term projects to eliminate the understanding and meaning of Islam which provides the basis for the restorations of Islamic system of life inside Afghanistan and arouses Jihad against the west.
B.America and western countries support those organs, religious centers, reform societies, broadcasting centers and so called religious leaders who are against the ideology of Jihad. They are working on spreading pessimism inside the Afghan society. The west is encouraging these organs to call Mujahidin rebellious dissidents. They neither write nor utter anything about the latest imported allurements or temptations like western democracy, secularism, liberalism, humanism, nationalism, self-made laws and spiritual deviations. The reason is they share common and mutual ideological and practical interests with the west. America wants to remove the mentality of Jihad from the hearts and minds of Afghans and in this way slowly and gradually put them on the road towards religious pluralism besides political pluralism.
Spirituality, attention towards internal purity, austerity, morality and guiding the people towards true Islam are those things which are desirous and encouraged by Islam. These things are carried out and should be carried out by the scholars and preachers of Islam. But there are figures throughout the history of Islam who have utilized the above mentioned features and qualities for attaining personal fame and prestige and in this way they have kept the mostly uneducated and simpleton people under their control.
As these kinds of people have lived a luxurious life, for its continuation, they always used to establish close contacts and alliances with dubious organs, strayed governments, western imperial powers and with the secular organs inside the Islamic countries. The western powers have always availed their services by bestowing them with various types of political and financial gifts and briberes for the subjugation of common Muslims and for diverting them from Jihad and the examples are found in abundance inside Arab countries, North Africa, Sudan, Indian Subcontinent and Afghanistan.
At the time being, America is leading a great war against Islam and the Muslims and the true spiritual leaders, Mujahidin, scholars, Taliban and vigilant Muslim youth are busy in Jihad throughout the Muslim world, similarly, these commercial spiritual leaders and secular type heads are allying with the western coalition and they are playing the role of religious militias against Mujahidin in the propaganda and practical war of the western forces in the ongoing crusade.
America has utilized a number of these fake and secular spiritual figures for the previous thirty years for the implementation of their conspiracies inside Afghanistan and the whole region and is still using them against the true Ulema, Taliban and armed Mujahidin.
In the near future, the real menace to the Islamic Movement of Taliban and their Jihad ideology is posed by these two double faced figures. They will be the ones who will make the masses skeptical about the ongoing Jihad. They will assure the west about taming the Taliban and convincing them for peace. They will be the ones who will deviate the new generations from Jihad and honorable life and induce them for amalgamation with the west. They will distort the meaning of Jihad and will turn the attention of the youth from madrassas of real knowledge towards their own centers of obscenities. If we look deeper into the recommendations of the western research centers like Rand Corporation given to America, one can easily find that these people are considered associates and strategic friends of western invaders. They are trying to deviate the followers of true spirituality and Jihad from righteous path through these kinds of people.
These people have never been the sincere friends and well wishers of Taliban. In the past, they had joined the Taliban for worldly benefits and other vested conspiracies but when those luxuries and benefits were lost, without any delay, they joined the enemy ranks adopting various names and titles for them. America wants once again to draw a cleavage inside the Jihadi front of Taliban from this already tested treachery and to turn them away from their chosen path of Jihad.
7.Captivation and subjugation of minds through media:
America understands that they cannot enter the home of each and every individual Afghan through military force and warfare to bring change in their minds, beliefs and life style and to remove that natural hatred which is deeply rooted in their hearts against the western invaders and their culture; however this objective can easily be achieved through media. The reason is that most of the people listen to radios, they watch television and they can watch films and other videos via their mobile phones. A significant number of people have access to computers and internet and in the near future, these things are going to become easily accessible.
Due to this significance, America and other western powers are trying their utmost to convey their thoughts and ideologies via electronic media. If the project of laying the fiber optics is successfully implemented inside Afghanistan, on one hand, America will easily bring the whole of Afghanistan under her ideological and cultural invasion and will move the new generations away from their sacred religious values; and on the other hand, they will be able to get information about the entire country via these fiber optics which will be really a great menace, because Afghanistan does not have the capability and technology of keeping her cyber security.
For the time being, America has brought a great change in the social and moral life of Afghan society through 81 television and 170 radio stations, which is unprecedented in the last century.
8.Arousing the minorities and intensification of nationalistic ideas:
America concentrated a lot on the minorities inside Afghanistan during their last thirteen years of occupation. She organized them. She turned the attention of various NGOs to provide them all the provisions of a well-off life. She gave them control of the main economic and political organs of the state. They are given a significant representation in the country’s political life. She highly trained them according to the ideology of secularism and westernization. American provided them all these privileges in return for their absolute support and playing no role in the resistance against the foreign occupiers.
Similarly, the Americans encouraged nationalistic ideas inside the traditional Afghan society. Theoretically, they diverted the attention of educated youth, writers and thinkers of various ethnicities to give utmost priority to spread nationalistic ideas even though these ideas may be directly in contradiction with the Islamic convictions and regulations.
As nationalism is a western ideology and the nationalist are consciously pro-western people, therefore, they are intentionally used by Americans against Mujahidin and the implementation of an Islamic system is obstructed by them. At the time being, all the nationalists, whatever ethnic group they may belong to, are physically standing alongside the foreign invaders.
9.Handing over the role of a government to NGOs:
The American and other western governments have become real and legitimate targets of Mujahidin due to their direct involvement in the occupation of our beloved homeland Afghanistan. Their soldiers, spies, their local associates, their offices and personnel cannot work and move freely inside Afghanistan. Though some of the western countries have withdrawn their combat forces but their non-military, intelligence, trainers and other missionary organs are still working in various forms inside Afghanistan, though their area of work and influence is decreasing day by day. The vast present of Mujahidin inside districts, provinces and major cities has restricted the capabilities of western and pro-western organs to the extent that their workers are worried about protecting their own lives. This phenomenon has compelled the west to change her strategy of explicit presence for increasing her influence and eventually complete subjugation of Afghanistan, into her implicit and indirect strategy.
America and her allies have set up more than 4000 non-governmental organizations inside Afghanistan during the last thirteen years of occupation. These organs are so willful and arrogant that the planning minister of the former cabinet of Karzai, Ramadan Bashardost, cancelled 2000 of them in one day. But, since our beloved homeland is directly occupied by the west and nearly 80% of the budget allotted by them for Afghanistan is spent for the achievements of those malicious objectives which is set for them by the west, therefore, instead of banning the NGOs from work, the minister was sacked from the ministry by the demand and order of these NGOs.
These western NGOs are actually are the driving forces who subjugate the governments and masses of the Muslim world without directly involving themselves in any conflict. They work patiently and steadily and eventually achieve the objectives which are generally unattainable by military forces. The reason is that the military presence and occupation is tangible as they occupy land, but the activities of these organs are intangible as they occupy the minds, thoughts and economy of the masses. Therefore, keeping their vital role in consideration, the west tries to cover up their military retreat and defeat through these non-governmental organizations.
To elaborate the implicit and secret role of these organs, this single instance is enough that Taliban, during their reign, demanded these NGOs to shift their offices from the hustle and bustle of Kabul city to the beautiful and pleasant area, having open space and fresh air, of ‘Qargha Road’ situated in the west of Kabul. There were two objectives behind this move. On one hand, Taliban wanted to relieve the city from their un-necessary pressure and burden; and on the other hand, their surveillance will become an easy job for Taliban. But these organs refused to obey and the controversy soared to the extent that these organs preferred to close their offices instead of shifting to the assigned location. The idea was that there was a risk of disclosure of secrets and divulging of various hidden and veiled collaborators.
The greatest example of the perilous influence of these western non-governmental organizations inside the Afghan society is the establishment of this ongoing system. As most of the ministers, directors, ambassadors, high ranking officials, governors, spokesmen, the press and media organizers, members of the senate and national assembly, heads of the educational institutions, heads of political parties and various other noteworthy figures were the employees of these organs prior to their assignments to these posts. These western non-governmental organs had worked and influenced the Afghan society so deeply for the last four decades that when America intended to invade Afghanistan, there were hundreds of Afghans who paved the road for her arrival in one form or the other. Some of them played the role of infantry soldiers, some were spying for them, some helped them by changing the mindset of the people through media, some supervised governmental and non-governmental organs for them, some of them formed fighting force, police force, intelligence force, militiamen and Arbakis for them and served the western invaders to their hearts’ content.
These western non-governmental organizations played another serious game during the Afghan Jihad period against the Russians and communists. The game was that these organs very skillfully located and picked up clever, expert, highly educated, tribal heads and influential people, famous commanders, writers, culturally aware and influential people, university professors and various other talented people from the midst of Mujahidin and Muhajirin (emigrants). These people who could strengthen the cause of Jihad were picked up one by one and were appointed inside these organs. This phenomenon inflicted two major and grave harms to the mission of Jihad and Mujahidin. On one hand, both the ranks of Jihadis and the management of Afghan emigrants were deprived from the supervision of experts and administrative people. This vacuum was then filled by incompetent, addicted, immodest, chain barriers and those people who could be easily tempted. These were the people who damaged the cause of Jihad and made the people suffer. The second grave harm was that those people who could lead the nation, intentionally or unintentionally, served the western ideals.
Today, once again, America wants to accomplish her incomplete military occupation through these non-governmental organs, though this work will take another fifteen to twenty years time-span. This is the reason that America has announced only79 million dollars budget for military operations but for the continuation of non-military activities, a huge budget of 2 billion and 600 million dollars is sanctioned and is sent to the congress for final approval.
It will be a very simple step to keep an eye on those organs only which invite the people to Christianity, Judaism and other invalidated ideologies. The reason is that now, the west does not concentrate on preaching ideologies as they have abandoned Christianity themselves. Judaism is confined to Jews only and they do not want and allow anyone else to inter their faith or religion unless they are Jew by birth. Neither the westerners preach any other ideology apparently.
Today, the most sacred ideology and values, even more significant than the Christianity itself, are democracy, human rights, women freedom, supremacy of their self-made rules and regulations, secularism, liberal education and the economic system of capitalism. They have deployed all their organs, in a very well-organized and systematic way, for the achievement of these malicious ideas; as they have entrapped and controlled most part of the Islamic world through these values. Consequently, each and every organ which works, explicitly or implicitly, for the accomplishment of these ideals is a perilous one and should be dealt by the Muslims as an enemy.
For the last two years, Americans are planning how to implement their projects and programs through local contractors, chieftains, spiritual heads and the owners of private educational institutions.
Looking into the complicated and western-linked post independence situation of the Muslims countries as well as the secret and open conspiracies of the western countries and America and the economic and strategic objectives of America in the region, one can easily conclude that America is willing to easily and completely abandon Afghanistan. As far as the withdrawal of their forces is concerned, it will be the tacit recognition of the bitter reality of their military defeat and the stopping the leaking blood from stricken economy. By this tactic, Americans only want to relieve themselves from the flames of war and take some rest from this exhausting situation. Now they will accelerate their non-military struggle and the obstruction of an Islamic system of life in order to take revenge for their humiliating defeat at the hands of the Afghan masses.
The west has vast experience of capturing and then subjugating the Muslim countries which starts from crusade wars and has covered the stages of the fall of Andalusia, imperial wars, oriental expertise, imposing secular and tyrannical system over the Muslim world, new world order, the forceful imposition of globalization for capturing the whole world. Even today, the ideological and research centers of the west are working, planning and plotting conspiracies day and night for the subjugation of Muslims of the world.
Our perception about the west is too superficial. We consider the battlefield the place for either victory or defeat. We can hardly perceive how the previous Jihadist groups, heavily armed resisting forces, Jihadi leaders and former well-known Jihadi commanders were attracted by the west through their political and intelligence shrewdness and proficiency. They used their shoulders to fire upon those true and devoted Mujahidin who were only and only fighting against these western invaders and imperial powers.
It is the duty of the leadership of the ongoing Jihad to study even more deeply, the imperceptible conspiracies of the western invaders and to detect and recognize all those crevices wherefrom the enemy could intrude; otherwise the cunning enemy might get out through the door and might break back in through the window!!!
