How about Dinarid/CM? His jaw is to strong and broad for Dinarid(although his skull have some Dinaric features) ...Besides he looks like Faelid in first, frontal picture.

I would say he's Dalo-Faelid but that's not common in his part of the world...
Problem with saying Dinarid, is that Dinarids tend to be dark haired.
His natural hair color is blonde, somewhere between platinum blonde and dirty blonde. I'm certain his hair was watered down and combed before that picture was taken, causing it to look darker than it actually is.

Ya, he indeed looks Dinarid/Nordoid/Cromagnid; If hes not Faelid + Dinaric I would say East-Nordid + Borreby with a slight Dinaric admix.

Actually the only Dinaric trait in him, is his nose, hes not brachy nor planoccipital; Hes Pred Nordoid/Cromagnid.
Looks Russian to me.
