Well, you need to think that over the past centuries the problem of the green spaces was not a problem at all. In fact rich people had their own gardens, while poor people just hadn't them. Only these new years showed us the lack of spaces for green areas, thinking that the ones that were still there in the ninteteenth and tweentieth centuries were used for the expansion of the city itself.

I think that one would have to be a very dedicated student of neo-classicism to detect European vernacular influences in these buildlings.

The first building might have more clues, and I think that it is saying: "I am from Spain."

The second building looks like a fusion of "Williamane" mid-19th Century British architecture (which gives me an opportunity to post some here) but the dome is highly irregular and is probably a local vernacular detail, to give it a Philippine stamp.

    A British cognate would be:

    Onslow Square, South Kensington:

    St George's Drive, Pimlico.

See also, Belgravia, London and the free-standing villas of Cheltenham, England. There might be a slight Tuscan influence in the proportions, also, which was popular in Britain for a period. Bear in mind that architects in this period were drawing upon the classical and, themselves, fusing many styles. Pittville Lawn, Cheltenham, has many villas and terraced houses with the same Tuscan or plain pilastres.*

In fact, the second stucco building that you have posted could fit right into Cheltenham, with the dome as an exotic detail. I would certainly date it to around 1850, although it is was probably built a few years ago. Am I correct?

    *Pilastres are flattened decorative columns.

The last building also looks Spanish-influenced, but it would take a Spaniard to confirm that, I suspect.

It's a new building that they built in McKinley Hill in Bonifacio Global City in Manila and they also do have inspired Italian architecture there too..

here are some of the buildings they built there.. It's new buildings not an old one.

This is Venice Piazza in McKinley, Fort Bonifacio Global City

There's also Greek inspired architecture design from one of the resort.

Our Architecture design is different but there are some that built other type of buildings influence by other countries.
