    Default Another name origin question?

Google has nothing for this name I came across. Wondering if anyone might have clues as to its origin: Azuprycizinsky.

Seems that few extra letters have wandered in there.

That I between the C and the Z, especially.

How about Azupryczinsky? Looks at least more Polish there.

THese -sky names are usually referring to an ancestral link with a particular village that was their old estate.

So you should be looking for a place called Azuprycz, or Azupryczinsk...

Still looks a bit odd, though. Could it be Dzu... even? GEt Cail to have a look, he might know.

That's interesting, is it indeed a village-derived name? And the individual in question married a Domashek; is that Czech as well?

Well, that explains the common Baltid phenotype in my fiancee's family. Late thanks.
