(There's also a 1000 year old Cherry Blossom tree in a park in Japan which is popular with tourists, it's not a bonsai tree, but I just thought to share this one too).

I really enjoy Japanese gardens that have a bonsai tree in the middle of a sand garden. It's very calming.

Bonsai = cutest trees ever.
I am trying to cultivate giant sequoia bonsai trees. Winter is very harsh on them though.
