Am pretty sure, and this story you mentioned happened in Buulo barde city, located middle region of Somalia were Al-shabab militia hold, and it was true the Extremist blocked the way for Aid Agencies. but is not true famine in Somalia right now. You know media can tell sometimes lairs in order to amuse people because they want their Channel to be favorite. Anyway, Somalia now positively recovering from the chaos.

Yes, there is some places war going on still but the government captured many strategy cities with help AU, such a: Garabaharey, Baladhawo, Luuq, Buurdubo and more. Government only remaining for them 2 Region: Barava and Hiiran, specially Buulo burde and bardere, with in weeks to come they will wipe away these Extremist.
