Lightbulb A Cute Chinese Boy With Blue Eyes Has Nocturnal Vision (Can See In The Dark Like A Cat!)

A sweet and special Chinese boy has naturally blue eyes which is rare amongst most Chinese people.

I guess that's a result of having little pigmentation in the iris part of his eyes, just like anyone else with blue eyes... what we see as blue when light rays bounce off things and we see 'colours'.

But what is very unusual is that he can allegedly see in the dark too and when tests were done on the boys eyes he was found to have nocturnal vision like a cats reflective eyes.

I know vitamin A helps with night vision (to an extent with humans) but how is this unique boy able to see in the dark?

(Excuse the automated computer voice causing the robotic sounding narration in the video below).
