    In my early workout days(16-17 years old) I took HGH based testosterone boosters.That was for two months or so and then I stopped them.

    Right now Im on protein shakes and multivitamin formula.I've been drinking multivitamins since kindergarten.

    I don't and I promise you it's not necessary. If you want to gain muscle, you just have to go to the gym daily or every other day, be determined, and lift.

    Its when its most effective,since at that age the body is already producing more than enough,and when you add even more to that by a booster you just explode.

    The only reason I sometimes take protein powder supplements is because I don't always have time or money to eat lean meat everyday.
