Coffee in the morning and after lunch. But also I started to drink hibiscus tea at night for better sleep. It is very good and benefitial.

Coffee 90% - Tea 10%. I can drink herb tea sometimes. But this winter I drank it maybe twice. Generally I drink hard black coffee with significant % of robusta, not the sour wannabe "100% arabica" ones.
