Tea or Coffee?

I drink so much coffee (4-5 strong black coffees a day) that my GP, when performing a blood test, was actually surprised to find some blood in my caffeine stream.

Currently I'm only drinking coffee but I should be drinking tea because not only is it better for you for various reasons but it would improve my jogging performance :t ea can boost exercise endurance. Scientists have found that the catechins (antioxidants) in green tea extract increase the body’s ability to burn fat as fuel, which accounts for improved muscle endurance. I used to drink alot of tea but next month I'll start drinking a shit load of green tea again.

I wish I could vote for tea but the truth is I mostly drink coffee. And love capuccino, I always drink 1 a day, with Baileys and cinamon (Irish cream) yummm .

Like a true working Englishman-- coffee for business, tea for pleasure.

The bitterness of coffee has never in my many years of drinking grown on me though.. Heard from a colleague there's low calorie flavoured brands out there (chocolate, vanilla, cookies and cream etc).. Wonder if anyone here's given them a try? She seemed mystified concerning their taste (heard the legends but never dabbled), LoL
