When looking all natural I think so. Her new look (lighter hair, overly tanned, excessive makeup) makes her look somewhat Mexican which is not her natural look if you see the other photos.

There are women from Southern Italy who look similar to her. I could think that she might be North African too though (mainly Moroccan or Algerian) so she seems to be more exotic Mediterranean - and that before Middle Eastern.
