Guys I've thought about this and I'll give you my thoughts on it.

So weed is an underwater plant and it makes you breathe more so I think it's meant for eating and breathing underwater.

I suggest Fukushima weed and then trying to swim with sharks and orcas in the ocean and see if they eat you.

Weed does not truly intoxicate. Any physical effect and being psychoactive doesn’t mean you’ll really be driven to do things you normally would not.
