There you used to be a lot of Finns there but many have moved out.
Finns are a different case, we where the same country for 700+ years so we are basically not foreigners.

Yes, of course, and even Danish and Norwegians aren't really regarded as "foreigners" by Swedes I would think.
A Swedish city will look much more uncharacterized if it's just 10% Somali, than other city that's 50% Finnish.
These numbers don't tell us everything.

Only a small number of qualified people should be able to immigrate, allowing all these hordes of muslims is non-sense, it attracts all types of welfare-leechers and degenerates.

I dont consider the swedish speakers in Bothnia very different in Finland, they are not part of the upper class in Helsinki, even Sweden has it is old upper class families.
