I do, both recent and colonial, the recent ones being an Andalusian great-grandpa from Seville and a grandpa from Tenerife, both in my maternal lines.

    Cousin!

It seems a lot of Canarios went to the Caribe in the late XIX century early XX century. It is common in PR to meet someone like my mom with Canarian grandparents.

Yeah, most of my Rican cousins in 23andMe come from that part of the family, while on the Cuban side it is mostly colonial (and from the fact that some of my paternal peeps went there to enlist with the mambises).

I dont really consider them latinos, like I dont consider Haitians one and the rest of the French speaking areas, I think that is why I prefer the term Hispanics more because it excludes all of them

But Brazilians are Latinos, we have all the elements that caractegorizes us as Latinos: our oficial/main language is Latin derived (Portuguese), our culture is mainly from Portugal, we're a mainly mixed race nation (the norm in Latam), we were a colony of exploitation, we're very family attached, like other Latam countries, we also had to endure years of military ditactorship, we were sabotaged by the US, catholicism still dominates, etc.

If in general all Latinos have Spanish ancestry, some in a higher percentage and others in a lower percentage.

Zero. I fantasized that I might have something, but nothing came up. There are people from my family who are farther away who have Spanish ancestry however.
