North Korea or Saudi Arabia: which is more oppressive?

Both of them are shitty countries but North Korea is a living hell. Saudis can do many things while North Koreans are just prisoners in a big prison. I think the new crown prince of Saudi Arabia seems OK and there may be a brighter future for that country.

How the Saudi Kingdom of Arabia would be as oppressive as North Korea is beyond me. Clearly Arabia is less oppressive than Korea.

Maybe I'm biased, but I'd still choose to visit North Korea rather than Saudi Arabia.

But that's mainly because of its barbaric anti-gay laws.

Saudi Arabia gets invaded in droves by South Asians (and others to a lesser extent). Sure, some of them have a pretty tough time in Saudi Arabia (and have stories to tell about how bad Saudi Arabia is), but it can't be that bad if South Asians are launching a full blown invasion on it.
