Because feminism nowadays is pretty idiotic. Yes, original feminists had a righteous cause but they pretty much achieved it in Europe, the US, Canada and Australia. Feminism in its original meaning is nowadays valid and should be a goal of women mainly in some MENA societies.
Feminism in areas inhabited by Euros and their descendants is pretty much a puppy barking. They even promote obesity with these morbidly obese models (I'm not saying anorexia is good either; of course, it's not).
The notion of feminists in many parts of the world nowadays is that a woman can be a lazy uneducated fat bitch and depend on her husband through her entire life which is pretty much the opposite of the original idea of female independence.
Yes, some people have health issues causing their weight but that's a small minority. Most fatasses (of both sexes) are just lazy and unwilling to help themselves. You don't need to look like a professional athlete (although I'd like to see more women go to the gym for the training itself and not just to post a selfie 50-250 (depending on how popular she is) morons will like) but just in good shape. The biggest difference between fat men and fat women is that most males are at least ashamed of it and some wanna improve, while females usually are delusional bitches looking for the guy with big money and not much self-respect (a beta male provider, in other words). Men are partly to blame for some women's arrogance also because too many of them kiss chicks' ass in order to get some pussy. Most of these fail at it because such women only want attention and aren't interested in these guys (unless they are really wealthy).
