Piedmont, Aosta Valley, Lombardy, Trentino Alto Adige, Venetia and Friul are for sure more Nordic than Iberia. With Liguria, Tuscany, and Emilia the same I think. With the rest of the Peninsula (and both Sardinia and Sicily) almost equal. "White" is not a good term though: if you mean the American meaning only Northern Italy (from the Po river) is white (above the 45th parallel north).

I've discussed this way too much before.
But just out of curiosity, what do you mean with "more Nordic"? What exactly are you measuring?

The real Nordicism (UP survivors from the North, Celts, Italics, Germanic peoples). Iberia is just more Mesolithic than Italy not more Nordic or Indo-European (you could see the spread of the R1a1a for example).

Italians of course its not even close. I don't why you would even compare the two. Spaniards usually look too exotic in most of Italy

I think there're more italians who are nordicists, poor idiots.

There're also some nordicist spaniars, poor idiots, but less than italians.

Of course there're also lots of normal and proud italians.

So the conclusion is easy, there're poor idiots in italy and spain, but in italy the poor idiots are more abundant.
