Please, explain me, why most of users from Apricity forum use only the name "Putin" according the any actions of Russian Federation? Time by time.
Why not "Putin's goverment" or "Russian federation's goverment" or "RF goverment"?
Are you really sure (or beleive) that he is absolute power, which decide all questions personally?

He's the face of this administration, it's only natural that people see only him. If he doesn't decide everything that matters (of course he can not be bothered with the procurement of paper goods in the Kremlin) then he's not the politician his own camp has made him to be. The delegation of responsibility (which to a certain extent means sharing of power) is incompatible with the eastern autocratic style of government.

He most definitely has a group of people he trusts but I doubt they'd do something over his head. If they do, then Putin isn't a dictator ... he's much, much worse, he's a fool.
