Some Romanians are simply Pontid-Med or Alpine-Med types there are alot of examples in Seya's threads
If course these are not Gypsy phenotypes and alot of other Romanians are light types.

The pictures you posted don't serve as good examples since some people there seem indeed to be of Gypsy origins
and thus don't represent what Non Gypsy Romanians look like.
