The Eurotunnel deep beneath the sea between England and France is named as 'one of the seven wonders of the world' and is one of the worlds biggest man-made structures that took seven years to construct and devoured one million tonnes of concrete
(enough to build the Empire State Building three times over!)

So cynical. This is a great achievement for England and France and provides quick and convenient travel under-the-sea between London, Paris, Brussels, and now to Berlin as well, using the ICE trains.

Great Britain prides itself in having the lowest rabies rate in Europe, so there was some fears about rabid rats from Europe crossing through the Eurotunnel, but the chances are they'd be killed by the trains. The rabies rate still remains low in the UK despite the Eurotunnel.

There's high-security checks at St. Pancras International station in London (following it's £800 million restoration of this beautiful and historic Gothic Eurostar train station).

Considering the UK's population is 63 million population is 85% white according to the 2011 census, I'm not sure what you mean.
