I've never encountered a problem with any quantity of milk, but I don't know what the maximum amount I could handle would be.

I can drink all the milk I want I have said I have absolutely no food allergies or any allergies of any kind.
But drinking more than a liter a day is bad for the stomach.It can get bloated.
