For me: They are both interracial and non-interracial although is a very biased answer. They are interracial simply because the couples are geographically and culturally different to eachother, also both of the women females are mixed origin ( Kazakhs have 30% Caucasian blood and Ethiopians 45% Caucasian blood). They are not interracial simply because the women look much closer to their male counterparts including being genetically closer.

I've already said I'm not indian like a thousand times. But what does grammar have to do with my learning disabilities? there is all kinds of reasons. Even local born british can't read or write properly, you see this in American born countries everyday where nearly 90 millions can't write or read properly.

By the way is Kyrgyz marrying Tajik interracial?

Kyrgyz are predominately Asian and speak Turkic where as Tajiks are predominately Caucasians and speak Iranic
