What is better to be endomorph or ectomorph?

An ectomorph person may be prone to developing muscle under conditions suitable diet and exercise. But the others?

Endo,because Ectomorph is gracile and weak.

When you are Endo you will struggle with maintaining a good weight because Endo's bulk up like crazy,but its still better than Ecto.

Mesomorph dominates both however.

A mesomorph apparently has the most balanced structure for muscles. But both Ectomorphs and Endomorphs can get pretty strong. I'm ecto-meso myself and don't do bad with bulking.

LOL i dont think you understand that Ecto morphs develop strength faster than mass. But it doesn't matter because thats ok because majority of endo morphs are eating fast foods and hot pockets while play WoW

Ectomorph (I myself am ectomorph with mesomorph influence) can train much better and wiht more motivation than endomorph people. Often ectomorph people have a better physical condition and performance than mesomorph. Also aesthetically, trained ectomorph look very good.

Endomorph will have a hard time maintaining everything as you said.



Endomorph look disgusting imo.
